1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using BaZi BFire, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The app is licensed through the App Store and is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple's applicable terms, those controlling requirements apply.
2. Product purpose
BaZi BFire provides tools for traditional-culture study, personal reflection, records, and entertainment. Results are generated from user input, calendrical calculations, and rule-based reference material. They do not establish facts about a person's future and are not professional advice.
3. Eligibility and responsible use
You must be legally permitted to use the app and make purchases in your region. You are responsible for the information you enter and for obtaining any permission needed before entering another person's information.
You may not use BaZi BFire to violate law, infringe rights, harass or defame others, interfere with the app, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or redistribute protected product content except where law expressly permits.
4. Free and membership features
BaZi BFire may provide a combination of free and membership features. The current feature descriptions and plan options shown in the app form part of the purchase information. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features while respecting active purchase rights and applicable consumer law.
5. Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Monthly and annual memberships are auto-renewable subscriptions processed by Apple.
- The app displays the current price and billing period before purchase. Price, currency, tax, eligibility, and availability may vary by storefront.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled through Apple before the end of the current period, subject to Apple's applicable timing rules.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple subscription settings. Deleting the app does not by itself cancel a subscription.
- After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.

6. Offer codes and restoration
Apple subscription offer codes may be subject to eligibility, region, redemption limits, and expiration rules established when the code is created. Redemption and entitlement verification are performed through Apple. Use Restore Purchases or Check Subscription in the app when an eligible purchase is not reflected.
7. Local data and exports
You are responsible for maintaining your device and backups. Local records may be lost if you delete them, erase app data, lose the device, or remove the app without a recoverable backup. Review exported text and images before sharing because they may contain personal information.
8. Intellectual property
The app, website, interface, original text, arrangement, branding, and other protected materials belong to the product owner or applicable licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the product; they do not transfer ownership.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app accurate and available, but uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or permanent availability of every feature is not guaranteed. Updates may be required for security, platform compatibility, calculation improvements, or content corrections.
10. Warranty, liability, and consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BaZi BFire is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every calculation, interpretation, compass reading, or third-party service will be error-free. You remain responsible for real-world decisions and for obtaining qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be limited or terminated when required by law, platform policy, security needs, product discontinuation, or a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and lawful limitations of liability, will continue to apply.
